Lilium Dining Chair

Bjarke Ingels and KiBiSi,

Rustic and elegant. Sturdy and lightweight. Curious and inviting. Like the rest of the series, the Lilium chair is a modern and informal piece of furniture that is suitable for most people and settings. The chair is slightly wider than a traditional dining chair, but outdoor furniture has to have to more weight and power to withstand varying weather conditions. The X-shaped frame leaves open spaces that allow the backrest and seat to give gently when you sit down.

Lilium armchair has the characteristic crossing steel frame of the series that provides stability, while the gaps between the graphic teak slats on seat and back let the rainwater drain off. The small armrest offers a rest while seated, and the proportions of the chair make it easy to slide underneath the table.
