A stool is the most archetypal and humble of vernacular objects; easily made and heavily used. Ast is that and more—an extremely durable and versatile piece of furniture, capable of functioning as a side table, bench, or seat. All Vaarnii products are locally made by a small number of expert Finnish makers, with pine wood harvested from sustainably managed Finnish forests.
