OVERVIEW

Hans J. Wegner's Wishbone chair has been in continuous production since it was introduced in 1950 and is far and away Carl Hansen & Son's most popular chair. Inspired by the ceremonial Quan Yi chair from the Ming dynasty, the Wishbone chair is lightweight, comfortable and will last generations. Seat in natural or black paper cord.

  • 21.7"w 20.1"d 29.5"h 17.7"seat height.
  • Solid wood structure in mahogany, ash, beech, oak, cherry or walnut. 
  • CHS stains include teak and walnut on beech or wenge on oak.
  • CHS lacquer colors include Merlot, Red, Orange, Olive Green, Forest Green, Teal Green, Sky Blue, Blue, White and Ivory.
  • Finishes options include: soap, lacquer/oil, smoked with lacquer/oil, CHS lacquer color (beech only), white oil and CHS stain.
  • Papercord seat available in natural or black. Anniversary colors have a white papercord seat.
  • Leather cushion available upon request in white, red, golden brown, black, dark red, brown and dark brown.
