Low Sideboard

Formstelle, 2004

OVERVIEW

Low is a sideboard series based on the 'Modulor' proportions system developed by Le Corbusier. The proportions are a deliberate attempt to replace the rigidity of symmetry with an asymmetrical arrangement which feels correct.  Low has a wide range of household/office-applications for instance sideboard, buffet, storage, computer/TV unit, etc.

Formstelle was established in 2001 by Claudia Kleine and Jorg Kurschner who work on projects in the fields of interior design, product design, and corporate identity with an emphasis on the relationship between space and content coupled with the highest standards of conceptual, technical, and design quality.
