62 Series Dresser

Greta Grossman, 1952

OVERVIEW

Greta Grossman designed the 62 Series Dresser collection in 1952, but it was named "the 62-series" because the pieces were deemed to be ten years ahead of their time. The slender metal legs rest on small solid-wood spherical feet that are an interesting contrast to the sharp rectangular shapes of the bodies and create an appearance of lightness, almost as though the pieces defy gravity.

  • Collection of dressers available in 4-drawer, 6-drawer and 3-drawer/1 cabinet versions
  • Drawers and cabinets in solid American walnut; legs in black powder coated metal; spherical feet in solid American walnut, top, doors and knobs with deep, black glossy finish

  • Dresser 4: 31.5"w 17.7"d 35.0"h
