When your order has shipped we will send you an additional email that includes the UPS/FEDEX tracking number for your package or White Glove tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your order has shipped for the tracking information to appear in the UPS or FEDEX system(s).

Suiteny.com orders canceled within 24 business hours from the time they were placed can be refunded in full. Expedited orders are excluded.

When placing your order, we estimate sales tax based upon the state, province or territory to which it is shipping. All sales tax calculations are subject to revision and are recalculated on the day your order is shipped.

SUITE NY offers one-on-one expertise in contract projects both large and small. To retrieve your suiteny.com account password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the Login sign-in. Your username and password will be sent to the account email address we have on file within minutes. Once you are signed in to your account, you have the opportunity to reset your password on the Personal Settings page from within your profile.
You do not need to open an account to receive emails from suiteny.com. At suiteny.com shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order. This excludes special items that require White Glove Delivery where an icon is indicated on the product description page and a surchage is added to your shopping cart.
Standard Delivery is defined as one shipping method selected for delivery to one address. Order value is calculated before tax and can be found in the subtotal of your order. For items that are on sale or discounted, the order value is calculated using the original price.

STANDARD DELIVERY offers delivery to your front door. If the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, your order will be delivered inside the entrance of the building, but not to your apartment door. The typical delivery window is 3 – 10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY is a full service delivery. A delivery appointment is required and the service includes: inside delivery, assembly, placement in your room of choice and removal of all packing materials. Depending on the destination, transportation lead-time for White Glove service is typically 3-4 weeks from the day your order is placed. For destinations in rural locations, please expect an additional 1-2 weeks for transportation and delivery. Due to size, weight or fragility, we require the use of White Glove delivery service on select items (as noted in their product page descriptions). Please note, White Glove Delivery does not include: wall mounting, electrical or structural change nor the moving or removal of existing items.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY Orders placed before 12 PM (ET) will ship within 24 business hours. Orders placed after our cut-off time will ship on the next business day (Monday – Friday). White Glove Items are not eligible for Expedited Delivery.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on suiteny.com the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items received without a return authorization are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please see Return Policy for further details.
Unfortunately, suiteny.com does not ship outside the United States at this time. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address. Please contact showroomsales@suiteny.com and one of our showroom sales associates will work to accommodate your request.
To make an authorized return, please contact customerservice@suiteny.com or call 212.421.3300 within 3 days of receipt of your order and provide your order # as well as details as to why you wish to return your item(s). You will receive either an email or phone call with your RA # valid for 7 days from date of request. Once you have received your RA#, please be sure it is written on the outside of your returned package. SUITE NY cannot honor any returns without all of the original packaging.
Suiteny.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during their return. All returned shipments received without a Return Authorization will be addressed separately at the discretion of SUITE NY, and are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Many of our products come with a Manufacturer’s warranty that is indicated on the product’s description page.
The site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. This website, and most importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.

Click ‘ADD TO BINDER’ on any product page to begin the Sign-In Process. If you already have an account on suiteny.com, you can create a Binder using that same email address and password. If you do not have an account with us, simply enter the required information. Once you have created an account, you can place orders through our website as well as save favorite products to your Binder.
We have chosen our chairs for their usability and general comfort. Before placing a large order, some designers have purchased one sample and then completed the order upon obtaining client approvals of the chair. If you are an architect or designer, please contact a showroom sales associate at showroomsales@suiteny.com to assist you with this process, normal fees are incurred. For those in the New York area, we also invite you to our Park Avenue Showroom to view and experience our items in person.
Swatches and finish samples are available for most products on behalf of the Trade, and can be requested or seen through our New York showroom. You may also submit your request via email to showroomsales@suiteny.com.
SUITE NY only sells licensed authentic designs from authorized manufacturers. We do not sell or represent imitation or non-licensed reproductions. Each product in our collection is created by the sole distributor that has authorization from the designer, or his or her estate, to manufacture that particular product. You can be confident that your purchase is a 100% authentic, authorized design.
