RETURNS

 

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. Our goal is to make our clients happy and to provide our shoppers not only with access to great design, but also a flawless shopping experience. We only sell authorized and licensed products from original manufacturers and stand behind the quality of every product in our carefully curated collection. Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that is displayed within each individual product description page. White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable under any circumstance.  If you have a change of heart, or are unhappy with your purchase please notify Suite NY within 3 days of receiving your order so we can process a return authorization.  Your authorized return must be received within 30 days.  We do not accept returns of custom orders, special order items, or items that have been shipped from a third party vendor.  Please check the product page if you are unsure whether an item can be returned.  Suite is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Return Authorization (RA#) Instructions :

To make an authorized return, please contact customerservice@suiteny.com or call 212.421.3300 within 3 days of receipt of your order and provide your order # as well as details as to why you wish to return your item(s). You will receive either an email or phone call with your RA # valid for 7 days from date of request. Once you have received your RA#, please be sure it is written on the outside of your returned package. SUITE NY cannot honor any returns without all of the original packaging.

  1. Call 212.421.3300 or email customerservice@suiteny.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA#) Number (valid for 7 days from the date of receipt). If you would like to exchange merchandise, you can order your new items at this time. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise once it has shipped and process your refund on the original method of payment as soon as it has been received and verified.
  2. Pack your return securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip.
  3. Write your Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly on the outside of your return package.
  4. Please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. Suiteny.com and our vendors take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return. Please send all returned items well packed via an insured courier (such as: Fed Ex or UPS). Please be sure to insure packages for the same value listed on your order.
  5. Arrange shipment through your local courier addressed to the designated suiteny.com returns location.

Suiteny.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during their return. All returned shipments received without a Return Authorization will be addressed separately at the discretion of SUITE NY, and are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
