Ordering

 

1. Checking Order Status

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. When your order has shipped we will send you an additional email that includes the UPS/FEDEX tracking number for your package or White Glove tracking information. Please reference both your order # and, if available, your tracking # when contacting SUITE NY Customer Service.

For UPS delivery, upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, you may visit http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html to verify the status of your order. For FEDEX delivery, you may visit; http://www.fedex.com/Tracking? to verify the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your order has shipped for the tracking information to appear in the UPS or FEDEX system(s).

2. Cancellations

Suiteny.com orders canceled within 24 business hours from the time they were placed can be refunded in full. Expedited orders are excluded.

After 24 business hours, there are no refunds at suiteny.com. Please see Return Policy for further details.

3. Payment Methods

Suiteny.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address. If you are an architect or interior designer please contact a showroom sales associate at showroomsales@suiteny.com for payment information.

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to New York

When placing your order, we estimate sales tax based upon the state, province or territory to which it is shipping. All sales tax calculations are subject to revision and are recalculated on the day your order is shipped.

5. VIP Codes

As a recipient of the SUITE NY email newsletter you may receive exclusive offers that can be applied to orders by using the VIP Code during check out. Please note that VIP Codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and are only redeemable on suiteny.com.

In order to take advantage of these exclusive VIP Codes, please enter the 5 digit code in the space provided on the Order Review page before you Place Your Order. The value of the VIP Code will be applied to your order and appear in the Discount field.

6. SUITE NY Online Accounts

Creating an online account allows for quick and easy ordering with the ability to save multiple shipping addresses on suiteny.com and to save your favorite designs to a virtual binder, allowing for personalized showroom assistance for your contract, commercial or residential projects.

7. Contract

SUITE NY offers one-on-one expertise in contract projects both large and small. We have extensive experience in meeting specific needs such as: GreenGuard or LEED certifications, NFPA Codes and Standards, GSA programs and more. 8. To retrieve your online password

To retrieve your suiteny.com account password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the Login sign-in. Your username and password will be sent to the account email address we have on file within minutes. Once you are signed in to your account, you have the opportunity to reset your password on the Personal Settings page from within your profile.

9. Email Sign Up

You do not need to open an account to receive emails from suiteny.com. At the bottom of every page of suiteny.com there is a field where you can simply provide your email address in order be added to our mailing list. Sign-up to receive exclusive collection and product previews, invitations to special events, industry news and VIP offers.

Please note that you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all SUITE NY emails.
