The New York Post: The Residences at the Miami Beach Edition

In a recent article in The New York Post, columnist Heidi Mitchell profiles 5 real estate tastemakers that are ruling the East Coast.  Mitchell goes on to highlight each tastemaker’s background, influences and future endeavors. These major league players from the New York and Miami real estate and architectural scene include Laurinda Spear of Arquitectonica, Jorge Perez of Related, Bjarke Engels of BIG, Valerio Morabito and Horacio LeDon of Douglas Elliman.

We were specifically excited to see The Residences at the Miami Beach Edition highlighted under the profile of Horacio LeDon.  Designed by the talented, Ian Schrager and  John Pawson, these limited edition “Homes in the Sky” sit on the top floors of the landmarked Miami Beach Edition Hotel, as well as in an adjacent, newly constructed 18-story tower.
