Jacques Adnet, 1950
In 1950, Jacques Adnet formed a partnership with the French fashion house, Hermès, where he developed a collection of leather-covered furniture and interior accessories. Accordingly, he made this round leather mirror with brass hinges now known as the Adnet Mirror.
Jaime Hayon, 2016
Ikebana is Japanese for making flowers live and that is precisely what designer Jaime Hayon conveys with this unique vase! Composed of hand blown glass and a freestanding brass structure that holds a pattern of flowers in place, the Ikebana is designed to honor the entire flower and not just the crown. This reimagined vase is available in two sizes.
Arne Jacobsen, 1970
The Dot™ stool was developed by Fritz Hansen in the 1950’s and was reintroduced as a part of the Fritz Hansen Accessories line. Originally presented to the market in 1954 as a three-legged stool in veneer, the stools were relaunched in 1970 with four legs. Today, the stool is available in Cognac and Nubuck leather.
Alexander Ahnebrink, 2016
The Firefly, in it’s essence, is a nomadic lamp. Equipped with a USB charging port, the Firefly can be brought anywhere to gently illuminate any indoor or outdoor space. The basket in natural leather is reminiscent of a classic picnic light, which adds a retro touch to the design. This cordless lamp can be switched on and off by simply tilting it or moving it horizontally.
Vincent Van Duysen
Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen’s collection of pottery epitomizes his minimalist aesthetic, expressed by use of natural materials and subtle color. Though each piece is powerful on it’s own, the collection was conceived as an entity. The VVD Collection is available in a variety of materials including marble, ceramic, wood and glass.
