A reminder that outdoor living is just around the corner can be exactly the boost we need to help us navigate the final days of winter. Designers around the globe have created elegant designs to add comfort, functionality, and style to outdoor spaces. At SUITE NY, our collection includes an exciting array of outdoor pieces. This week, we’re highlighting five outstanding open-air designs to elevate your terrace, patio, lawn, or poolside.
Angelo Mangiarotti
The Incas table provides the opportunity to bring the exquisite vision of designer Angelo Mangiarotti out of the dining room and onto the terrace. Made of extraforte stone and inspired by monumental Incan stonework, Incas is a geometric table with a strong visual presence. The juxtaposition of the rectangular tabletop with the truncated, pyramid-shaped base creates a powerful silhouette, making it an ideal piece to enrich your outdoor space. Available in six sizes, as a console, occasional table, coffee table, or dining table.
Stine Weigelt
Based on the classic deck chair, Between Lines, is a spacious and sturdy design offering beautiful Scandinavian qualities in a contemporary outdoor chair. Made of hearty teak, which only becomes more beautiful as it naturally silvers over time, the chair is ideal for years of outdoor use. Available with an optional quick-drying and mildew-resistant cushion, Between Lines offers an opportunity to relax and immerse yourself in plein air.
Etiquette Outdoor is a fully upholstered outdoor seating collection. Visually striking from all angles, this modern design is able to float in any open air space. The Etiquette Outdoor features a body in matte black painted stainless steel, complemented by water-repellent fabric and a wood bar in natural teak. Whether placed poolside or on the patio, Etiquette offers a luxurious lounging experience.
Povl B. Eskildsen
Riviera showcases the qualities of solid, natural teak while highlighting Danish design’s commitment to functionality, flexibility, and innovation. As expected from an outdoor sunbed, Riviera offers enticing comfort, but is so much more than a lounge—it can function as a bench, coffee table, and guest bed all in one. Optional cushion available in multiple colors, all of which pair harmoniously with the slatted teak frame.

Craig Bassam and Scott Fellows
Bicorn is the result of an exciting and forward-thinking collaboration with Isay Weinfeld, who invited BassamFellows to create designs for a new landmark dining space in New York City. The chairs had to meet rigorous criteria—they needed to be suitable for outdoor use, they needed to be stackable, and they also needed to be available in distinctive, beautiful materials. The result is the Bicorn side chair, available in both a solid wood outdoor version and leather-upholstered indoor version.
