FAUSKE MARBLE |
Fritz Hansen |
Fritz Hansen has introduced Fauske Marble as a new material option for the tables in the Kjærholm Collection – an arctic marble with a raw textured touch and sea-like glisten expressed through its complex and ancient mineral composition. Sourced inside Norway’s Arctic Circle, the grey-white marble embodies captivating visual and sensory dimensions. With a rolled finish, as originally preferred by Kjærholm across his designs, the textured tabletops sit in beautiful contrast to the satin-brushed steel bases that define his table designs. The Fauske marble offers an impactful and expressive look across the Kjærholm range. |

SOFA |
Dan Svarth |
In 2018 Dan Svarth was tasked with designing a new sofa. The challenge was to make a geometric frame that comfortably fit the human form as well as being pleasing to the eye. The result was the 2-seater Dan Svarth Sofa. In 2023, the line was expanded with a 3-seater version of the original. The complexity of the form is elegantly resolved with the use of simple, luxurious materials. A single hide of leather is used for each side of the sofa eliminating the use of seams. An exposed frame of sustainably sourced mahogany cradles the soft, upholstered seating element creating an architectural whole. |

TANNIC TINT |
PP Møbler |
Elegance merges with nature, and the color black takes on a whole new dimension with PP Møbler’s latest innovation – TannicTint Black. By harnessing the natural alchemy between tannic acid in oak wood and iron dissolved in vinegar, they’ve achieved a rich, velvety black that leaves the wood’s grain beautifully pronounced. The finish is nothing short of exceptional, rivaling conventional painted or lacquered surfaces. This process is a testament to PP Møbler’s commitment to environmental responsibility. Shown here on the PP130 Circle Chair, TannicTint is available on a wide variety of PP Møbler models, including chairs, tables, and benches. |
