Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

We here at SUITE NY pride ourselves on being a pretty healthy crew.  That being said, one of our favorite ways to keep a healthy mind and body is by juicing.  Not only does it make us more productive, but it makes a delicious snack to help us power through the work day.  It’s one of the best ways to get a healthy dose of fruits and veggies and in turn, it helps boost the body’s immune system, which can lead to fewer sick days.

While fresh juice bars are popping up all around Manhattan, our favorite juices are the ones we make right here at the office.  With our trusty Vitamix, the possibilities are endless.  Today, in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, we made a green juice packed with Vitamin-C to kick our immune systems into high gear and beat those snowy winter blues.  It turned out to be one of our best creations yet and we just couldn’t keep the recipe to ourselves.  Check out our recipe below for a super green juice that you can make for St. Patty’s Day or for any day of the year.  We like to think of it as the Shamrock Shake’s healthier twin.

The Classic Green Juice

Juice of two lemons

1 medium cucumber

3 stalks of celery

4 kale leaves

1 handful baby spinach

1 green apple

1/4 pineapple
