From upholstery to wood, many of our favorite designers create captivating visual and tactile experiences using folds, creases, and seams, which add dimension and a dynamic quality to their pieces. SEPARAT |
Cecilie Manz |
The design of the Separat space divider highlights the exceptional beauty of naturally oiled ash, emphasized by the folds between each painstakingly-crafted wood panel. The tanned leather hinges add depth and character and as this luxurious piece ages, the leather will acquire a subtle oxidized patina. Minimal and contemporary, Separat is the ideal solution to stylishly divide a room, perfect for creating privacy and a sense of organization within your space. |

THE BOUQUET |
Sinja Svarrer Damkjær |
The concept for the Bouquet pendant was born as the designer observed flower handlers in an Italian market. As bundles of tulips were being loosely tied, the blossoming flower heads would automatically hang downwards, then sway and bend creating a natural soft curve. These forms directly inspire the shapes and structure of the innovative Bouquet. Each of the light’s shades are intricately pleated into precise and pristine folds, all crafted by hand. The design can be configured as a single pendant, or in a cluster of 3, 5, or 7 pendants. Cord in braided linen, shade available in paper or PVC. |

With a collection that includes a lounge chair, sofa, and ottoman, Kvilt allows for the repetition of these motifs and patterns throughout the room. Available in a wide range of fabrics and leathers. |
