COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

Showroom Hours:

Taking Appointments Mon-Thursday 9 AM – 4 PM.

Sales associates will be available via phone or email Mon-Thursday 9 AM – 6 PM and on Fridays 9 AM – 2 PM.

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us at SUITE NY, which is why we’ve come up with the following safety guidelines:

• Visits to the showroom are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• Three people maximum per appointment.

• Face coverings are mandatory.

• Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the showroom.

• Practice social distancing.

• Enhanced cleaning and sanitation will be employed during the day.

• SUITE NY will have a rotating staff to reduce the amount of people present at the showroom.

• New safety practices will be employed when handling client materials, such as samples.

• For the safety of everyone involved, do not schedule an appointment if:

  1. You are experiencing symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

  2. You have been in contact with someone presenting symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

  3. You have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

• Face coverings are required to enter the building.

• Elevators should not be occupied by more than three people at a time.

• Please do not speak while on the elevator.

• Please be patient while elevators are frequently cleaned.

We are very happy to be open again, so please follow the safety guidelines and work together to protect one another.
